Accessibility Statement
Last updated: May 1, 2026
In short
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the entire site. Accessibility is treated as part of how we build, not a polish step. If something is in your way, tell us — we'll fix it.
Arudy-Tourisme LLC is committed to making arudy-tourisme.com accessible to as many people as possible, including users with disabilities. This statement explains our approach and how to get help if something is in your way.
1. Our commitment
We design and develop the site to be usable by people with a wide range of abilities. We treat accessibility as part of building things well, not as an afterthought.
2. Standards we follow
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines cover:
- Perceivable — text alternatives for images, readable color contrast, content that adapts to different viewports.
- Operable — full keyboard navigation, no content that flashes in a way that could cause seizures.
- Understandable — clear language, predictable navigation, helpful error messages.
- Robust — compatibility with assistive technologies such as screen readers.
3. What we are working on
Accessibility is ongoing. We currently focus on improving:
- Alt text quality on every image.
- Color contrast across themes.
- Keyboard focus visibility on interactive elements.
- ARIA roles where semantic HTML is not sufficient.
4. Known limitations
Some embedded third-party content (flight search widgets, embedded maps, social media) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We are working with partners to improve this and provide alternatives where possible.
5. Reporting accessibility issues
If you find a barrier on the site, please let us know. We take accessibility feedback seriously and respond within 5 business days.
- Email: accessibility@arudy-tourisme.com

- Mail: 7400 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89123, US
7. Assistive technologies we test with
We regularly test the site with the latest stable versions of:
- VoiceOver on macOS and iOS (with Safari).
- NVDA on Windows (with Firefox and Chrome).
- Talkback on Android (with Chrome).
- Browser zoom up to 200% without horizontal scrolling.
- Keyboard-only navigation across all interactive elements.
8. Content guidelines we follow
- Every meaningful image has a descriptive alt text. Decorative images are marked as such so screen readers can skip them.
- Headings are used in a logical, hierarchical order — never just for visual styling.
- Links describe their destination ("read the Kyoto route") rather than using "click here."
- Forms have visible labels, not just placeholder text.
- Color is never used as the only way to convey information.
9. Review cadence
We run a full accessibility review at least twice a year and a lighter check after any major release. The most recent full review was completed in April 2026.
10. Formal complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the relevant accessibility authority in your country. In the United States, this is the U.S. Department of Justice under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). In the European Union, contact the national accessibility body in your country of residence.
