FAQ

Questions, answered honestly

The things readers ask us most. If yours isn't here, drop us a line — we'll add it.

How often do you publish new routes?

One every day. No more, no less. The current day's route is always on the homepage; everything else lives in the Route Archive.

Do you write the routes yourselves or accept submissions?

All routes are written by our small in-house team and a handful of vetted contributors who have actually visited each destination. We don't accept open submissions, but we read every reader email.

Are your recommendations sponsored?

No. Arudy doesn't accept payment in exchange for coverage. If we ever run a sponsored piece in the future, it will be clearly labeled and visually separated from editorial content.

Can I save routes for later?

Right now, the simplest way is to bookmark the article URL — every route has its own permanent address. Saved-route accounts are on our roadmap.

Do you sell trips, bookings, or tour packages?

No. Arudy is a guide, not a tour operator. We give you the plan; you book whatever fits your style.

How does the newsletter work?

One email a day with the route of the day. You can unsubscribe with one click at the bottom of any message. We never share your email address with third parties.

What budget tiers do you use?

Budget (under ~80 USD/day on the ground), Mid-range (roughly 80–200 USD/day), and Premium (above that). Flights are excluded because they vary wildly by departure city.

Can I suggest a destination?

Yes, please. Use the Feedback page and tell us where you'd like a route written for. We can't promise every suggestion, but we read all of them.
